STATEMENT OF FAITH
At KICC, our faith is built firmly on the uncompromised Word of God. Here are the core beliefs that guide our ministry, teachings, and fellowship.
The Trinity
There is one God manifest in three personalities: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Spiritual Reality
The reality of Satan and his present control over unregenerate man does exist.
The Lord Jesus Christ
Christianity is based upon:
- The Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ
- His sinless life and His miracles
- His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood
- His bodily resurrection and ascension to the right hand of the Father
- His personal return in power and glory as Lord of Lords and King of Kings
Salvation & Rebirth
The fall of man and his lost estate makes necessary a rebirth through confession and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ, reconciling man to God by His substitutionary death and shed blood.
Eternal Destiny
The resurrection of believers unto everlasting life and blessing in heaven, and the resurrection of unbelievers unto everlasting punishment in the torments of hell.
Present Ministry of the Holy Spirit
We believe in the present supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit in and among believers on the earth since the day of Pentecost, continuing until our Lord's return. The Holy Spirit bestows spiritual gifts including:
